
Tomato Soup Directions
1-Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend on high 1 minute or until desired consistency.
2-Pour soup into a medium sauce pan and heat on medium for a few minutes until desired temperature. Try not to boil. Turn off heat and set aside while you make the grilled cheese sandwich.
Grilled Cheese Sandwich Ingredients
2 Slices Sourdough Bread
2 Slices Cheddar Cheese
1 Slice Swiss Cheese
1/8 Cup Coconut Oil
1-In a skillet on medium heat, melt the coconut oil.
2-As soon as the oil is melted, add first slice of sourdough bread.
3-Tear all cheese slices in half and place on bread that is in the skillet for about a minute or until bread is browned.
4-Add second/top piece of sourdough bread to make a sandwich as quickly as you can. If you need a little more coconut oil, that is okay.
5-With a spatula, turn the sandwich over to brown the top side. A little "blackening" is ok.
6-Turn it back over to the original side and turn again in about 30 seconds.
7-Remove from skillet and cut in half or quarters to serve.
This sandwich is super crunchy and is great alone... but is also a favorite combination with tomato soup!

1 15 oz Can Organic Diced Tomatoes
1 6 oz Can Organic Tomato Paste
18 oz Chicken Bone Broth (or 3 tomato paste cans of broth will work too)
1 Tablespoon Sriracha
1 Tablespoon Organic Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon Organic Pepper
1 Tablespoon Organic Chicken Better than Bullion
1/4 Cup Organic Whipping Creme (optional/if you want creamier soup)
