15-Chop cilantro into small pieces and add

15-Add salt or salt to taste

16-Simmer 30 minutes (that's cook on low)

You're Done!

Taste often so it's just the way you like it!  Want it spicier?  Add 1 tablespoon crush red pepper.

To serve, top with shredded cheese, finely chopped onions, fresh cilantro and crushed organic corn tortilla chips (instead of crackers)....even fresh avocado slices. Super yum!

BTW, this freezes very well and lasts a long time in the fridge too as long as tightly stored.  If you don't have storage containers, you can even use freezer bags (just wait until it cools before putting in plastic).

Label your work!
