Bruschetta Instructions

Preheat Oven to 425 Degrees

1-Slice Baguette into 3/4" Slices.  

2-Place/line up bread on large cookie sheet.

3-In a mixing bowl, mix remaining ingredients and stir

4-Lightly drizzle (I use a condiment bottle) oil on bread slices

5-Spoon mixture in bowl onto slices of bread. If you have leftover topping, go ahead and add extra to make topping "heaping".

6-Place in oven for 12 minutes.  Remember to set a timer!

7-Test bottom to be sure bread is toasted.  If not, bake for another 2 minutes.

Remove from oven/let cool a bit. Serve warm or at room temp.  Turn off oven!

This will make you a famous topic of conversation if you take this to a party or as an appetizer.  It's super yummy and you will be impressive!

1 15 oz Can Organic Diced Tomatoes, Drained

1 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

1 Tablespoon Organic Minced Garlic

1 Teaspoon Sriracha

1 Onion Finely Chopped

1/2 Cup Fresh Parsley, Chopped

1 Tablespoon Ground Pepper

1 Large Baguette (Long, skinny bread from the bakery)

Olive Oil
